By accessing and using ChromaKit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

ChromaKit provides an online platform and Adobe extensions offering access to a library of green screen VFX assets. While some assets are offered for free, access to premium quality or certain assets requires a PRO subscription or a one-time payment.

3. Licensing and Usage

Assets downloaded from ChromaKit are provided under a royalty-free license. You may use these assets in your personal and commercial projects. However, you are strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing the assets themselves as standalone files or within a competing library.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use our service.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We may offer refunds on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion, typically only if a technical issue prevents you from using the asset and our support team cannot resolve it.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice before new terms take effect. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
